Retry a failed evaluation

Retrieve the failed or partial evaluation and inspect error and detectors. Call the retry method when one or more requested detectors failed.

The retry endpoint returns the new evaluation, which is the link between the two — there is no field to follow. What the new run does carry is attempt: 2 on the first retry, and higher after that. There is a ceiling, so a clip that keeps failing under the same instructions stops being retryable rather than being retried forever. Repeated retry calls for the same evaluation return the same successor. The endpoint charges the normal evaluation price; failed detector work is refunded when the previous evaluation settles.
